Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy

My greatest desire is for you to feel well in your body and mind.  Whatever you are struggling with in your life; whatever causes you strife or discomfort; anything that is limiting you and keeping you or your loved ones from being the best humans you can be; I am here to listen.  Change is always difficult - even good change.  If you need support during any transitional phase of life, it can be a good idea to seek therapy.  

 

Therapy, or counseling (used interchangeably), is the process of coming once a week to a safe and secure space in order to notice, understand, and embrace all that occurs inside our body as we walk through life.  We do this while building connection with another person (the therapist) throughout the process.  This practice creates internal space and allows more room for personal growth, acceptance, and healing.
